How to prepare the salad?

The ingredients (4 people)

  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds

Ready? Let’s cook!

  • First peel the grapefruits and remove their white skins. Then cut them into pieces. Then peel the avocado and cut it into pieces the same size as the grapefruit pieces.
  • You can then combine these ingredients in a salad bowl.
  • Then toast the almonds and put them in the bowl.

How do you prepare the seasoning?

3 tablespoons of sunflower oil

2 tablespoons of honey

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Finely grated tangerine peel

12 cl tangerine sauce

12 cl pressed tangerine juice

Beat it all until you get a homogeneous rendering.
